Which Doctor

do you enjoy the most? Personally, I don't think anything beats Tennant, but Matt Smith is definitely slowly climbing that ladder. (Not to say he will ever out beat David Tennant, because quite frankly Tennant was the man, but Smith definitely has some potential to be the second best.)

Anyone else looking forward to the new season... okay so I like to start with softball questions! LoL

Tom Baker is my overall favorite because I grew up watching Dr. Who in the 80's when it was on at like 3am from the BC channel I could just barely get from Everett.

I found Tennant very refreshing, and I enjoy his acting in other pieces, and He was way sexier than Matt is -- though.. bow ties are pretty cool. I also found the Tennant story lines more friendly. This new line is very dark and can be pretty confusing at times.

Matt Smith is a bit too close to Tennant, but he is growing on me.

Dr. Who Christmas 2012-- New Companion. Here we go again.

I am looking forward to this year's Dr. Who Christmas offering. But I must confess, we will be introduced to the new companion and I have mixed feelings about it.

I do not think I was ready to let go of The Ponds. The dynamic was lovely. The whole River Song scenario was intriguing. It just feels that the adventures we had with the Ponds was far too brief. And the possibilities of adventures with River and the Doctor is just lost now.

It's almost like a break-up before you were ready. I'm still in love with the Ponds and River interacting with the Doctor and did not want it to end. And now the Doctor will have a new companion. She will be a transitionary companion to me, however. A bit like Martha Jones. She was wonderful but simply only a substitute for Rose Tyler with most fans. The Ponds and River were the real deal.
